Gottheimer Announces Nick Metz of Hillsdale as 2017 Congressional Art Competition Winner

Today, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) announced that Pascack Valley High School senior Nick Metz of Hillsdale won the 2017 Congressional Art Competition. With more than 50 works of art submitted by local high school students and over 2500 votes cast online, Nick’s “At the Edge” photograph was the people’s choice.

As the Fifth Congressional District’s winner of this annual competition, Nick will have his work displayed in the U.S. Capitol for a year and fly to Washington courtesy of Southwest Airlines.
