RIVER EDGE, NJ – On Saturday, December 15, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) held his 32nd “Cup of Joe with Josh” Town Hall at the River Edge Diner in River Edge, New Jersey. Constituents filled the diner to talk with Gottheimer about cutting taxes, protecting our air and water, healthcare, and his work with the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus.
Gottheimer has met with constituents from across North Jersey at these “Cup of Joe with Josh” events throughout his first term in Congress to hear directly from the people he represents to inform his work in Congress.
“I appreciate everyone who came out to share their thoughts with me in River Edge today,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “Hearing from those I represent is an essential part of my ability to best represent the people in the Fifth District, and I appreciate the opportunity to sit down and engage with the community to talk about their concerns. I will continue to fight for common sense solutions on the issues we discussed including reducing the cost of healthcare, investing in our roads, bridges and trains, and making sure our families have clean drinking water. I will take these concerns with me to inform my bipartisan work in Washington for the Fifth District.”
