Today, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) met individually with Fifth District families at his 27th “Cup of Joe with Josh” Town Hall at the Suburban Diner. Gottheimer has held these “Cup of Joe with Josh” events regularly across North Jersey to hear directly from the people he serves. In Paramus, Gottheimer and constituents discussed the work he is doing to protect Medicare and Social Security, invest in North Jersey’s crumbling infrastructure, improve school bus safety, and make living in New Jersey more affordable.

“To best serve the Fifth District, I need to hear directly from the North Jersey families about their priorities and how my office and I can best help you,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer. “What I heard this morning is that our community needs to protect Social Security and Medicare, lower taxes, and safer buses for our kids. I’ll take that feedback with me back to Washington as I continue to work with colleagues on both sides of the aisle to get things done for Fifth District families, seniors, veterans, first responders, and businesses. Thank you to everyone who joined me.”
