WASHINGTON — Today, in response to the terror attack in Manhattan, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) released the following statement:

“My heart is breaking for the victims and families of yet another terror attack on American soil. Today’s Manhattan terror attack is a tragic reminder that we must always be on alert for lone wolf threats and ISIS-inspired attacks. They may try to knock us down, but our spirit will remain unbroken. My gratitude goes out to the NYPD, NYFD, the FBI, and all first responders, who today, and every day, risk their lives to keep our communities safe.”
