Tuesday, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) joined Reorganizations in the Boroughs of Fair Lawn and Emerson, where he administered the oath of office to newly-elected Fair Lawn Councilman Josh Reinitz and Emerson Councilman Chris Knoller.

In Fair Lawn, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) said, “I’m confident that Josh Reinitz will make sure that Fair Lawn’s roads are maintained, first responders are taken equipped, and Fair Lawn’s taxpayers are getting a solid return on their investment. I’m happy to welcome Josh and Gail to the Council and am excited to see Mayor Swain promote Jersey values in Fair Lawn.”

In Emerson, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) said, “Fighting for the Fifth in Congress, I realize what makes communities really work is making sure that streets are paved, first responders are taken care of, and clean water is running. As Council President, Chris has worked every day to help keep taxes down, ensured Emerson gets a better return on investment, and supported improvements to infrastructure that would raise home values. The improvements to Kinderkamack Road are a great example of the common sense roadway improvements North Jersey needs.”
