Today, Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) honored New Jersey and the United States’ fallen heroes at Memorial Day events with local veterans, first responders, officials, and families in Ridgewood, Wyckoff, Fairlawn, Teaneck, and Bogota.

“As we enjoy this long weekend with friends and family, please join me in pausing to pay our respects to our nation’s fallen heroes and rededicating ourselves to honoring and caring for the veterans who are still with us today,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer. “We can never adequately express our gratitude to those service members who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country, but we can start by keeping our promises to today’s veterans and service members who have committed themselves to keeping our families safe.”
