ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Yesterday, February 27, 2025, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05) celebrated Black History Month with the Bergen County NAACP and local leaders at Black History Month Trivia Night. The event featured engaging trivia on the Black community’s history, culture, and contributions to North Jersey.
“During Black History Month — and every month — we celebrate the rich history, culture, and countless contributions of the Black community to New Jersey. By doing so, we remind our nation that there is still more work to be done to create a more equal and just society. Thank you to the NAACP for hosting such a meaningful event,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5).
Gottheimer was joined by Bergen County NAACP President Courtnay Johnson-Suffern, New Jersey State Senator Gordon Johnson, and restaurant owners Ron and Paula Hall.
