HACKENSACK, NJ — On November 21, 2020, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) took part in the Helping Hand Food Pantry Thanksgiving Turkey Drive at Hillsdale United Methodist Church, joined by Lois and Roy Cohan, founders of the Pantry; Mark Loblanco, a member of the Pantry’s Board of Trustees; and Hillsdale Borough Council President Zoltan Horvath.
“Everyone should have a turkey on Thanksgiving,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “While our community is facing this economic crisis and growing food insecurity, Thanksgiving is not only a time to be thankful for what we have, it’s also a time to look out for those in need. It’s so important to come together safely and support others in our North Jersey community, so thank you to everyone across the Fifth District who’s doing their part.”
