JACKSON, NJ — Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) visited Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson with his family, highlighting the importance of supporting New Jersey’s tourism industry and the role family-friendly attractions play in the state’s economy.
During the visit, Gottheimer and his family enjoyed the park’s iconic rides, the Wild Safari, and other attractions while meeting with staff and visitors. A longtime favorite for generations of New Jersey families, Six Flags Great Adventure draws visitors from across the region and supports thousands of local jobs each year.
“For me, Six Flags was a tradition growing up, and now I get to share that same experience with my own family,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “From the incredible rides to the Wild Safari, this is one of New Jersey’s great attractions. It brings families together, supports local jobs, and drives tourism to our state. It’s so important we continue to support the businesses and workers who make experiences like this possible.”
New Jersey’s tourism industry plays a critical role in the state’s economy, supporting small businesses, creating jobs, and generating revenue for local communities. Attractions like Six Flags help showcase all that the Garden State has to offer for families and visitors alike.
Gottheimer has consistently supported efforts to strengthen New Jersey’s economy by promoting tourism, supporting small businesses, and investing in local communities.
