One of the Nation’s Largest Sausage Makers
HAWTHORNE, NJ — U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) toured the Premio factory in Hawthorne, New Jersey where he helped package their world-class products. Gottheimer met with Premio CEO and President Marc Cinque and Premio employees. Premio’s headquarters is located in Fair Lawn — part of New Jersey’s Fifth Congressional District.
Premio is one of America’s largest sausage makers. Once known as “Garden State Sausage Co.,” Premio has long been part of the North Jersey community. The company has made its mark on Jersey, regularly contributing to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and the Walk to Defeat ALS. Premio foods can be found at nearly every New Jersey professional sports event, including at Red Bull Arena, MetLife Stadium, and the Prudential Center.
“Long-standing local businesses like Premio do so much for our North Jersey community and are key to our state’s economy. Premio employs hundreds across Jersey and has been a staple in our community for more than 40 years,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “I’m proud to have their factory in North Jersey and headquarters in the Fifth district — right across the hall from my Fair Lawn office!”
