Problem Solvers Caucus Meets to Address Government Shutdown

In response to the ongoing government shutdown, Congressmen Tom Reed (NY-23) and Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5), co-chairs of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, released the following statement:

“The Problem Solvers Caucus met earlier today to discuss potential steps to get our government opened again. We all agreed that Congress must work together in a truly bipartisan manner, and through open, constructive, and good faith dialogue. That’s what the American people want and expect from their leaders. We are committed to driving the conversation on both sides of the aisle to enact sensible solutions for the good of our constituents and the entire country.”
