RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Today, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) celebrated Independence Day in Ridgewood, at the Village’s 111th annual Fourth of July Celebration, with Ridgewood’s Feed the Frontlines program, Mayor Susan Knudsen, the Ridgewood Council and Board of Education, Bergen County Commissioner Ramon Hache, State Senator Kristin Corrado, Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips, North Jersey families, veterans, and first responders — to commemorate the United States’ 245th birthday.
“After such a difficult past year, it’s great to see so many North Jersey families, veterans, and first responders coming together to celebrate Independence Day and what makes our nation so great,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer. “It’s because of days like today and communities like ours that remind me our best days will always be ahead of us, here in the greatest country in the world.”
