NORTH JERSEY— U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) and healthcare leaders, advocates, experts, and local officials came together for a roundtable discussion. The group focused on actions to protect women’s right to choose, heart health, cancers and diseases impacting women, general health and wellness, and access and affordability of care.

Last year, at Hackensack Health Center’s Planned Parenthood, Gottheimer announced action to protect a woman’s right to choose, including against legislative threats to in vitro fertilization (IVF), to protect women’s data and privacy on reproductive health apps, and to push to fully codify Roe v. Wade in federal law.
