WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ — This week, U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) administered the oath of office virtually for Woodcliff Lake Councilwoman Jacquie Gadaleta.

Gottheimer was also joined by Mayor Carlos Rendo, Commissioner Tracy Zur, Commissioner Tom Sullivan, Councilman Steve Falanga, Councilwoman Josephine Higgins, Councilwoman Angela Hayes, Councilman Richard Schnoll, and Councilwoman-elect Jen Margolis.

“As a Councilwoman, Jacquie is always fighting to help support and promote our first responders — by helping them receive countless equipment and safety upgrades, like a brand new fire truck,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “She works with the town’s Parks and Recreation program, where she has helped maintain the best pool in Bergen County, organized the lighting of the town’s Christmas Tree and Menorah, and helped plan the Woodcliff Lake Oktoberfest and Springfest.”

Gottheimer also highlighted, “In 2022 and beyond, on top of joining the town’s Financial and Audit Committee, she has many goals to make Woodcliff Lake an even more desirable Borough than it already is. She aims to finish the town’s Master Plan and complete the Bipartisan Causeway Beautification project, so that Woodcliff Lake remains a great community to raise a family and retire in. She wants to establish a Memorial Park at the Galaxy Gardens location, recognizing all of our veterans and first responders, who protect us every day. And she aims to make sure all her endeavors are fiscally sound and responsible.”
