RIDGEWOOD, NJ — U.S. Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) visited Maroons Creamery in Ridgewood, met with the owners, welcomed customers, and serve up some ice cream — as part of his “Josh on the Job” series promoting local businesses in North Jersey. Maroons opened its Ridgewood location in February 2024, building on its other North Jersey location.
“I want to thank Vidhi and Minesh for having me at the new Maroons Creamery. They make their ice cream fresh right at their store. Small businesses like Maroons, who do so much to give back to our community, are what make North Jersey an incredible place to live, work, and do business,” said Congressman Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5). “It’s wonderful to see small businesses launching in our region, and I want to do everything I can to help them grow, thrive, and create even more jobs. In Congress, I’ll continue working hard to stand up for our small businesses and unlock new opportunities for everyday entrepreneurs.”
Gottheimer was joined at Maroons by North Jersey residents as well as local law enforcement and served them ice cream, in honor of their service to our community.
